For this interview I interviewed an employee at ComEd/Exelon. He or she communicates directly with many high-ranking businessmen and businesswomen within the organization which made them a prime candidate for an interview. They are someone that submits to authority everyday to meet deadlines or do simple tasks for someone who does not have time for it.
One interesting thing that I noted about this person’s place of work is that the people placed above him or her in the workplace are very well qualified which justifies their position over other employees. This is not a common thing among corporate America.

-Would you rather be identified as an individual or as a part of a bigger group?
I would like to be considered apart of a larger group because my identity would remain secured through the larger generalization of my classification, allowing my invisibility to become my invincibility.
-What do you believe is the current intended direction for America’s youth?
I think that the current intention of an american youth is to go to school get a job become someone else's employe learn from them then go up the ladder at their job and remain a loyal friend of this economic inflation and deprived of deflation that will come after completing their degree and eventually regret have followed the herd of sheep directed by the Shepard: The Board of Education.
-Do you think an effective way to solve a problem is to pass the issue onto the next person in line?
I think the most effective approach to solving a problem is collaboration I do not think in the case of a presidency that a president should leave unresolved problems and simply leave due to political aspects I believe that the former and the new individual facing the problem should collaborate to come up with a new and redefined solution.
-How is the previous question related to the current situation in the US?
Obama was stuck having to deal with new law enforcement plans against anti-terrorism, oil spills, global affairs, checks and balances, war on Iraq, war on terrorism, global warming, Martial Law, Deportation crisis, inflation, deflation,, but these issues have all remained for years and continue to grow!
-How should this issue be approached?
These issues face a broad range of fields to conquer but in order to prevail all issues the first step to take must be to restore the power to the people and for the government to start collaborating with its civilians instead of having big hurry to build a 300 acre city in just 2 years at an expense of $96 million in taxpayer funds in order to train the military “for problems we don’t even know we have yet. Or in other words preparing for Marshall Law. Martial Law will remove all rights of all civilians. The military would be left to do what they want whenever they want to do it. This will only provoke a civil war; therefore, there needs to be an approach and ASAP! Before its too late.
-As a part of “the next generation”, how do you think you will impact the future of your community or the US?
I believe that I will help preserve the rights and morals of humanity by spreading my knowledge with others and helping people grow courage to stand up for what they believe is right because simply agreeing with the norm will only derive you to the same conclusion as everybody else and if everybody is thinking the same that makes a massive population lose power because they will become easily malleable through there fear of sticking out and not fitting the Norm, so I want to make it clear that it is better to stand out, but in order to stand out inside the the crowd you must first remain invisible in order to not be seen leave the circle and then once you have left you can become invincible by controlling those who still remain malleable.
-Is home schooling the only alternative?
Home schooling is not the only alternative, although it is a very smart approach. Schools were never a bad idea because they allow a large amount of diversity and a large range of individuals from around the city to gather in order to learn from one another the problem with the current education is that they focus to much on irrelevant [stuff] that plays no role in the real world. School is meant to a be a place to educate and inform. It is a place that should not cut your thinking cloud into a box but simply add another cloud .classes should not be mandatory. A student should be taught how to learn how to learn not what to learn.
-What can be done to awaken the minds of the youth so that they are no longer misguided by the words of those unfit to lead?
There's a simple solution to your last question. That is inform them make them read and see the reality of the world. Don;t sugar coat it or tell a fable to teach a lesson. I have approached my brother with this aspect of maturity since he was in 5th grade and he is at a higher maturity level than half my high school classmates. The problem is that we believe that other individuals are too young to understand or are to young to make decisions, but sometimes the youth can make better decisions than adult because they do not have a selfish and greedy mind saturated with arrogance and pride. They seek the truth and they seek to create a positive change because they want to not simply to make millions and live the american dream. My words of advice to them would be Don't believe everything you hear, don't believe everything you watch, don't believe everything you read, question everything!
